Port of Lamu to Boost Tourism

MOMBASA, KENYA – Hoteliers on Kenya’s coast have hailed the inauguration of the Port of Lamu, which aims to strengthen the logistics, transit, and tourist industries in the aftermath of the Covid-19 outbreak. The state-of-the-art port of Lamu, according to industry players, will catapult the Kenya Coast tourism industry, giving it a much-needed boost.

The sophisticated facility, according to industry players, will promote Kenya as a passenger destination through marine tourism, boosting the sector.
